Contract role for Management and integration of the DC and Macquarie cloud infrastructure during multiple acquisitions.

Supporting all levels of IT across the Hunter, Central Coast and New England region.Change management had been the focus from the amalgamation of the Central Coast and Hunter New England regions, and then the transition to IT shared services. Business as usual functions with a focus on:• Reducing the running cost significantly of IT support, IT purchases, Nursecall systems, and printing within the Central Coast region.• Merging the Hunter, Central Coast, and New England, regions into a single infrastructure.• Upgrading and training as we migrated through office suites to MS office 2007 and Windows XP• Upgrading MS infrastructure to Server 2003 and Exchange 2003• Continually improve service, support, and reliability of Infrastructure• Active team member to merge HCCNE region into a single network, roll out Icare, and other state programs.• Relocate and reconfigure equipment of Central Coast Community to its own site with the assistance of UnitingCare IT Services Centre Infrastructure and UnitingCare IT Services Centre Operations
