My primary work experience has been with Heavy Highway, Residential Roadway and Infrastructure construction.Many of these projects received Federal funding through Municipal grants, some contained State monies awarded for enhancement or spot safety projects, while others only involved municipal funds.Other various types of construction projects I have managed included the construction of;"Ivey Redmond Park" consisting of three lighted softball fields, multiple soccer fields, and parking facilities for the site. "Century Lake Park" a federally funded project constructing a high hazard dam with concrete craddled 54" ductile iron drainway, poured in place concrete riser structure, and a poured in place headwall structure."Kernersville Rotary Farmers Market" is my only vertical construction experience. Site consisted of a timber framed open air shelter, erected with a concrete footings and a slab floor. It included providing both electrical and water services for the facility.

Reviewed the developer's required certifiation documents for each phase of the residential construction. Prepared and submitted by a privately owned engineering firm.
