Greetings!With over twenty years of leadership, I am passionate about building and supporting teams that excel in delivering exceptional guest experiences. I currently work as a Professional Recruitment Coordinator at Disney Experiences, where I collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to attract, recruit, and retain diverse and talented professionals for various roles across the division.As a certified HRM professional with a BS in Human Resources Management and Services, I leverage my knowledge and skills to provide strategic guidance and solutions on various HR topics, such as performance management, employee relations, talent development, and compliance. I also have a strong background in Diversity and Inclusion, having led and participated in multiple initiatives and programs that foster an inclusive and collaborative work culture in and outside of The Walt Disney Company.I value continuous learning and growth, both personally and professionally.
