This new financial wellbeing offering is looking to overcome the trend of living paycheck-to-paycheck for a majority of Americans. - A new ERISA plan to cover Sleep Apnea benefits for the roughly 7,500 truck drivers within Walmart.- A new financial wellbeing program that helps people improve their daily spending habits, save for emergencies and deal with financial stresses when they arrive.- An unlimited availability offering called the 3 Minute Plan by HelloWallet that is an easy way to get a quick financial assessment with ideas to help grow your savings.- A newly redesigned portal presence for all of the wellbeing offerings available to Walmart associates.- A newly redesigned Electronic Health Record from Dossia that allows portable access to your health information.

Supervised a team of 11 employees in the health promotion department of Caterpillar. Had a 93% enrollment rate from the roughly 100,000 covered members of the benefits plan. Developed and maintained a detailed set of metrics that proved to upper management the success of wellness benefits. Helped to prove the connection between a person's wellbeing and their engagement level at work. Improved efficiency within the wellness customer service team that allowed us to reduce the staff in half while maintaing a similar level of service.

This role was asked to look for opportunities to bring self-service to Caterpillar. The first step was to create an environment that was easy for employees to access, understand how to use and feel secure in dealing with their sensitive HR data. I achieved these goals by partnering with the usability experts at Logical Design Solutions to create a new employee portal that would highlight the self-service tools. The new self-service programs I implemented are as follows:- A self-service tool for leaders to make personnel moves and provide performance management.- Provided online paystubs to the roughly 50,000 US employees by creating an extensive change management plan to make a smooth transition to the 99% that switched to online pay stubs.- Added self-service access to bonus notices, executive compensation, the internal training system and several misc HR actions.
