Lead Network Controller Retraining for 80 staff: Oversee the retraining of network controllers to adapt to new control systems and enhance their decision-making capabilities. Extend network control decision-making capabilities: Enhance the scope and effectiveness of network control operations, enabling more strategic decision-making across the network. Enhance operational efficiency through strategic initiatives: Implement initiatives aimed at improving operational processes, reducing bottlenecks, and increasing overall efficiency. Engage actively with Network Controllers: Foster strong relationships with network controllers, providing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption of new systems.
