Coordinated directly with the NOAB.•Project Manager for the Chickasaw Nation Master Plan in Ada, OK. Managed field staff and office staff to provide the Chickasaw Nation facility assessment reports for 104 structures, or approximately 600,000 square feet, in a timely and efficient manner. Provided the client with CAD documentation of all facilities along with pricing estimates for recommended renovations, new construction and or demolition where applicable.•Project Manager for the DFW Terminal Renewal & Improvement Program (TRIP). Provided Project Management and Schematic Design coordination for Terminals A, B, C and E and various landside improvements. The TRIP budget was $1.9 billion, 4.3 million SF of terminal renovation, renovation of 14 garages, a new Ground Transportation Center and a DART / FWTA station. Was responsible for stakeholder, consultant and staff management.

This also required massive on site coordination to ensure that all consultants were in complete synchronization. MGM Mirage's CityCenter is the largest project to ever pursue a LEED certification let alone a Silver rating. The 76-acre development called for seven buildings totaling more than 18 million square feet of hotel rooms, residences, shops and entertainment space. The Dallas VCT was awarded MGM Mirage’s Gensler Team of the Month for their efforts and effectiveness.•Was a valued member of the Construction Document Team for the Hunt Oil Corporation Headquarters constructed in downtown Dallas. This team was awarded Gensler’s Team of the Month for their associated efforts.
