• DART Sustainable Growth Rate (SGR) Facilities Assessments, PSA Management, Inc., Dallas, Texas, (2023-2024) Senior Project Manager. Mr. Jorgensen led the PSA Team for the execution of the assigned role by AECOM for the services which involved Facility Assessments for the Dallas Area Rapid Transit System (DART). Transit, Rail Stations and their associated facilities were assessed. This included but was not limited to all Building Envelope Systems, Interior Systems and Architectural Components, Life Safety Issues, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Plumbing Systems, Fire Suppression Systems, Elevator and Escalator Systems.

• Dallas Independent School District $3.5 billion (DISD) 2020 Bond Program, Dikita Enterprises, Inc., Dallas, Texas, (2021-2023) Senior Project Manager. Mr. Jorgensen managed the numerous DISD School projects ranging from Ground-up, renovations, as well as renovations with additions. He was responsible for guiding the Design Team and associated consultants to ensure that the projects were designed and coordinated within the DISD provided Construction Cost Limitation (CCL) in a timely and efficient manner. He managed these projects from Design Conception, Schematic Design, Design Development, 100% CD’s to bidding, negotiations and subsequently to award.

•Owner’s Representative and DFW Program/Project Manager responsible for managing the design and construction for the Terminal Renewal and Improvement Program (TRIP) renovation of Terminal E. TRIP was a $3.2B renovation of the four original terminals (Terminals A, B, C and E) as well as construction of new parking garages and rail stations.

•Project Manager for the DAL Love Field Capital Improvements Coordinated directly with City Officials and team members to develop a master plan that would incorporate a 4,000 space parking garage, 200 key hotel, and a 2,000 space garage at a future Consolidated Rental Car facility. Incorporation of an Automated People Mover (APM) to connect Love Field Airport to Inwood Station and a mixed use development was also developed. APM options included the possibility of further connecting Inwood Station to the hospital district.•Project Manager for the MSY $290M+ Capital Improvements Program which incorporated interior and exterior improvements to the terminal. Provided services from design development, construction documentation through to construction management and project closeout. The program included, but was not limited to overall Concourse B renovations, ticketing and baggage claim renovations, reconfiguration of the Concourse B security checkpoint and the Concourse C Tug Tunnel Renovations. Coordinated directly with the NOAB.•Project Manager for the Chickasaw Nation Master Plan in Ada, OK. Managed field staff and office staff to provide the Chickasaw Nation facility assessment reports for 104 structures, or approximately 600,000 square feet, in a timely and efficient manner. Provided the client with CAD documentation of all facilities along with pricing estimates for recommended renovations, new construction and or demolition where applicable.•Project Manager for the DFW Terminal Renewal & Improvement Program (TRIP). Provided Project Management and Schematic Design coordination for Terminals A, B, C and E and various landside improvements. The TRIP budget was $1.9 billion, 4.3 million SF of terminal renovation, renovation of 14 garages, a new Ground Transportation Center and a DART / FWTA station. Was responsible for stakeholder, consultant and staff management.

•Played a vital role as a member of the Venue Coordination Team (VCT) for the $9.1 billion CityCenter development project in Las Vegas, Nevada. The VCT conducted regular peer reviews of drawings associated not only with core and shell elements but also managed all the venues to ensure client overall satisfaction. This also required massive on site coordination to ensure that all consultants were in complete synchronization. MGM Mirage's CityCenter is the largest project to ever pursue a LEED certification let alone a Silver rating. The 76-acre development called for seven buildings totaling more than 18 million square feet of hotel rooms, residences, shops and entertainment space. The Dallas VCT was awarded MGM Mirage’s Gensler Team of the Month for their efforts and effectiveness.•Was a valued member of the Construction Document Team for the Hunt Oil Corporation Headquarters constructed in downtown Dallas. This team was awarded Gensler’s Team of the Month for their associated efforts.

• Managed a staff of ten to produce in a timely manner all construction documents for the 400,000 square foot flagship Bloomingdales store in San Francisco.• Mentored staff in regards to detailing and construction document production. Streamlined CAD procedures and developed a cohesive knowledge base of details, rules, regulations, as well as production procedures. •Produced all construction documents for seven Future Shop projects in a timely and efficient manner. Six of which were tenant fit outs. The most recent project was a full ground up project. Managed and coordinated all aspects of these projects from project inception to project closeout.•Produced all construction documents for multiple Bell Mobility Call Centers in a timely and efficient manner. Coordinated extensively with Mechanical, Electrical Engineers as well as Furniture Consultants in order to turn out a high quality end product within the budget, as well as on schedule. Following construction produced numerous Architectural Sketches to facilitate the artification of the new leasehold.

•Developed presentation drawings, Contract Documents, custom design details as well as shop drawings for a variety of international architectural and millwork firms within the United States, Canada and England.•Provided consultation on developing CAD standards as well as customization of AutoCAD to fit the needs of a specific architectural firm or client.•Communicated all project data extensively by the use of the Internet as well as high-speed data transfer protocol through various high tech means of secure digital communication including but not limited to VPN or VNC.

•Managed projects for Silvester Tafuro Slaughter Chelednik Consulting Group, Inc. Was actively involved in all aspects of STDI’s projects from design development to closeout.•Managed various projects throughout the United States ranging from retail projects to major airport renovations.•Managed numerous CAD Documentation projects at John F. Kennedy International Airport. These were large-scale field verifications of entire terminals and cargo buildings of over 1.8 million square feet requiring onsite CAD support and team coordination to produce the final documentation within budget and ahead of schedule.•Maximized overall efficiency of an international design firm’s interconnected offices through the proper use of CAD and computer technologies. This included the development of custom libraries, the use of specialized lsp and script routines, and the training of employees in effective ways to complete tasks.
