This included but was not limited to all Building Envelope Systems, Interior Systems and Architectural Components, Life Safety Issues, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Plumbing Systems, Fire Suppression Systems, Elevator and Escalator Systems.

•Owner’s Representative and DFW Program/Project Manager responsible for managing the design and construction for the Terminal Renewal and Improvement Program (TRIP) renovation of Terminal E. TRIP was a $3.2B renovation of the four original terminals (Terminals A, B, C and E) as well as construction of new parking garages and rail stations.

•Project Manager for the DAL Love Field Capital Improvements Coordinated directly with City Officials and team members to develop a master plan that would incorporate a 4,000 space parking garage, 200 key hotel, and a 2,000 space garage at a future Consolidated Rental Car facility. Incorporation of an Automated People Mover (APM) to connect Love Field Airport to Inwood Station and a mixed use development was also developed. APM options included the possibility of further connecting Inwood Station to the hospital district.•Project Manager for the MSY $290M+ Capital Improvements Program which incorporated interior and exterior improvements to the terminal. Provided services from design development, construction documentation through to construction management and project closeout. The program included, but was not limited to overall Concourse B renovations, ticketing and baggage claim renovations, reconfiguration of the Concourse B security checkpoint and the Concourse C Tug Tunnel Renovations. Coordinated directly with the NOAB.•Project Manager for the Chickasaw Nation Master Plan in Ada, OK. Managed field staff and office staff to provide the Chickasaw Nation facility assessment reports for 104 structures, or approximately 600,000 square feet, in a timely and efficient manner. Provided the client with CAD documentation of all facilities along with pricing estimates for recommended renovations, new construction and or demolition where applicable.•Project Manager for the DFW Terminal Renewal & Improvement Program (TRIP). Provided Project Management and Schematic Design coordination for Terminals A, B, C and E and various landside improvements. The TRIP budget was $1.9 billion, 4.3 million SF of terminal renovation, renovation of 14 garages, a new Ground Transportation Center and a DART / FWTA station. Was responsible for stakeholder, consultant and staff management.

•Played a vital role as a member of the Venue Coordination Team (VCT) for the $9.1 billion CityCenter development project in Las Vegas, Nevada. The VCT conducted regular peer reviews of drawings associated not only with core and shell elements but also managed all the venues to ensure client overall satisfaction. This also required massive on site coordination to ensure that all consultants were in complete synchronization. MGM Mirage's CityCenter is the largest project to ever pursue a LEED certification let alone a Silver rating. This team was awarded Gensler’s Team of the Month for their associated efforts.
