I teach Military Science to college students who aspire to commission as officers in the United States Army. Additionally, I help the department meet its recruiting goals and supervise compliance over various facets of the department. This role has afforded me to learn the higher education environment while mentoring and developing the next generation of Army officers.

Manage personnel, training, and capabilities for approximately 90 Soldiers.

Senior Enlisted Engineer responsible for the training and efficiency of eight survey and construction crews, one mechanical repair shop, and one emergancy medical support section. Reviewed and approved training plans for individual sections to develop essential technical skills. Inspected crews on ability to meet performance measures. Enforced company policies for professional conduct. Mentored and evaluated section leads quarterly. Site lead for large scale operations.

Operations Sergeant Major for the 11th Engineer Battalion (Jungle Cats!). I provided oversight to operations for an Engineering firm of 650 Technical Engineers, Bridging Engineers, Construction Workers, Medics, Mechanics, Logistitions, and administrative staff. Daily tasks included creating work schedules, running meetings, preparing correspondence, supervising headquarters staff, coordinating special events, and training new personnel.

Trained civilians in all aspects of basic Soldiering. Instilled civic values, discipline, and teamwork. Indoctrinated large groups on Army Policies concerning sexual harassment, equal oppertunity, and empmoyee pay and benefit packages. Supervised 12
