I have been an immigration attorney since 1985. Since then, there have been frequent and often momentous changes in law and procedure that impact employers, institutions and most of all individuals and their families. My firm's dedicated immigration professionals embrace America as a nation of immigrants. We are committed to providing the best, creative, effective and efficient services to our clients, while working for immigrants rights and progressive changes to U.S. immigration law.The State of Illinois does not recognize an immigration specialization, but my firm concentrates in the practice of Immigration law that includes legal counsel and legal services relating to employment based, family based, employer immigration compliance, financial, manufacturing, health care, science and technology, international education programs and international students, ministers and religious workers, political asylum, consular visa processing, waivers of inadmissibility, removal defense, administrative appeals and federal litigation.

He contributed two articles published in AILA’s Immigration Options for Religious Workers (2nd Ed. 2010) and a case study on Nonprofit Affiliation with an Institution of Higher Education to Establish H-1B Cap Exemption in AILA’s Immigration Options for Academics and Researchers (2nd Ed. 2011). He currently serves on AILA’s Students and Scholars committees.
