I am a leader with a proven record of sales leadership, developing strategic sales plans, and building high-performing sales teams Before Astound, I was with NTT Communications where I spent nearly three years helping companies like Facebook, Evernote, and Pandora provide their customers a stable user experience through a Tier-1 Global IP Network. My opportunity started by overseeing marketing department; focused on demand generation in the US and our expansion into South America. A year in, my responsibilities increased to include the turnaround of a sales team. We took a fresh approach and within 12 months brought team member performance to over 100% of plan and ultimately, 18% growth of the business unit. I regularly worked with international counterparts in Japan, Brazil, and the EU and represented NTT at over 15 trade shows and conferences. Prior to NTT, I spent 6 years as an entrepreneur. My first launch was of the nationwide lender, Park Place Financial. Over the course of four years it grew to 30 employees; delivering more than 1.2 billion in residential and commercial real estate financing.
