Provided the overall leadership, direction, design, implementation, maintenance, and growth of School of Business programs, from Associate Arts to the Doctorate of Business Administration. Continuously studied and reviewed enrollment trends for potential new programs, specialization developments, and potential redesigning of School of Business curriculum to ensure marketability and employability of students. Nurtured positive and professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.  Attained Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP)accreditation for School of Business Graduate Programs (MBA and MSA) and School of Business Undergraduate Programs (BMIS, BSA, BSBA, AA:BSA, AA:BSBA). Led the accreditation for School of Business graduate and undergraduate degree programs; increased enrollment over 50%. Doubled the size of the student body population within the School of Business from approximately 12,000 students to now over 24,000 students.

Served as a trusted advisor overseeing strategic operations, market expansion projects, and construction projects.  Successfully transferred profitable retail profit center, as well as all corresponding cost centers, to new VP of Retail Sales and Operations.  Managed the full lifecycle for 75+ multi-phase commercial and government petroleum projects, with project portfolio valued at $30M, for small-cap to large-cap/Fortune 500 organizations; oversaw all maintenance, installation, construction, customer and vendor relations, estimating, design, permitting, procurement, invoicing, and closure.

Oversaw retail operations for the second largest (Forbes 176) petroleum distributor in the nation, with $2.6B in revenues; reporting directly to the COO, CFO, and CEO. Restructured, managed, and grew all Retail functions with combined budgets of $780M. Led operations strategies for Customer Service, Dispatch, Delivery, Supply, Sales, Marketing, Branding, Repair and Maintenance, Environmental Compliance, Construction, Real Estate, Procurement, Credit, Legal and Contract Management.  Successfully started, built, and sold a new brand (Hop-In). Successfully led cross-functional teams across the division and shared services. Built sustainable financial models for new business development.  Maintained 25% growth rates and stabilized operational budgets.

Provided return on investment oversight for company and customer operated real estate, building, and petroleum construction projects, with project portfolio value of $12M. Managed full lifecycle of projects, from design and estimation through closure.  Developed the standard for new development budgets; created a cash flow model using EBITDA which allowed for greater transparency and higher success rate of new business.  New business development and brand imaging of $20M.

Managed full lifecycle of multi-million-dollar construction projects, as well as oversaw relationships with contractors, vendors and customers across 70 customer retail locations and several hundred dealer accounts.  Streamlined project tracking structure. Assisted in building out budgets to ensure all costs were being captured appropriately and all projects would come in at or under budget.  Achieved under budget performance for the Repair and Maintenance budget for the 1st time in company history.
