Wells Fargo Distribution Finance provides more than $42 billion in annual inventory financing to more than 30,000 dealers and 1200 Distributors globally.The role consists of Strategic Relationship Management facilitating Inventory Funding (Wholesale Floorplan) for Top Tier Customers Globally into the USA, Canada, EMEA (Germany, United Kingdom and France) and APAC (Australia , New Zealand and South Korea) with the main Industries served - Recreational Products (RV, Marine and Motorcycles), Industrial, Construction and Agriculture. Selected Achievements:• Awarded 2014 GE Capital Commercial Distribution Finance Salesperson of the Year • Awarded 2018 High Performance Award – Voted as a Top performer within overall business• Achieved the Highest Company Performance Rating within the business for the past 5 years straight • Successfully executed a critical deal and one of the largest in the business within the past 10 years for a Global Customer based in the US, netting a 300% increase in assets (~$40mm AUD asset buy up) for the defined customer’s program adding significant value as part of a Global Program with $6bn in active credit lines. • Negotiated and closed out 21 multi-year exclusive new contract term extensions with various major Manufacturer Relationships both locally in APAC as well Globally (US and EMEA)• Negotiated improved credit structures with all OEM partners, leading to a ~75% reduction in net credit losses.• Pioneered and established the First Inventory Finance business partnership with the RV Industry body Caravan Industry Association Australia (CIAA) in 2015 providing data, insights and expertise to the wider industry providing genuine additional value add to the Customer Base as well as the Broader Industry. Many Inventory Finance businesses within ANZ have replicated the model I initially incepted.
