This February I was promoted to Print Technologist. My new role is to set and implement technology road maps as it relates to all facets in printing, including project manage on-boarding of print hardware and software related to production. Responsible for all color profiling including quality tracking to ensure repeatable color accuracy. In addition, train printer personnel on RIP software and printer hardware functionality while facilitating the incorporation of Lean objectives and provide leadership to the production floor.

In January I accepted a new position as the print room supervisor. My new role includes managing all printer queues in order to meet deadlines and ensure that each subsequent department has enough time to finish processing the orders to meet all ship dates. Other responsibilities include general maintenance of all printers, maintaining color profiles for each printing process and different media types, preparing files for the annual G7 re-certification and successfully cross training all print room employees.

Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

In May of 2012 I was promoted from Graphic Coordinator to Graphic Supervisor. My roles included checking customer artwork, answering a variety of questions from customer service and the graphics team, along with resolving production oriented graphic issues.

Greater Milwaukee Area

I was the overseer of the graphic design team along with the printing and press department. Other tasks included taking orders from sales and prioritizing them, along with making sure all shipments left everyday on time.
