Inside Channel Account Manager

The company provides cutting-edge software and hardware that enable businesses and organizations to monitor their premises, assets, and personnel in real-time using video feeds from network cameras and other sources.Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Denmark, Milestone Systems has since expanded its operations to over 30 countries worldwide, serving customers across a wide range of industries, including retail, transportation, education, healthcare, and government.Some of my responsibilities included:-Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance channel sales and partner engagement.-Build and nurture relationships with existing channel partners while identifying new collaboration opportunities.-Provide training and support on Milestone Systems products, tools, and resources to partners.-Monitor partner performance and provide insights to enhance sales effectiveness.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing initiatives and partner programs.Leverage previous experience within Milestone to provide in-depth technical support and guidance to partners.
