As a solution specialist, I work with a diverse range of stakeholders in many different industries to help transform and improve their performance and direction. From determining current shortfalls and challenge areas, defining new strategies and road maps for growth, and positioning the most appropriate solution components, I strive to ensure my customers are able to achieve the best outcome possible. Emerging Talent (also known as Early Talent/ET) is a global SAP initiative that helps foster and develop employees under the age of 35 into the leaders and thinkers of tomorrow. As head of ET, I work with all branches of the organisation, ranging from all levels across intern to C level, to help ET members foster relationships and grow into confident professionals. I am responsible for helping to create mentoring, shadowing, and coaching opportunities, allowing for personal growth and development for our members. This included having to create a new framework internally to enable this effort. I am also responsible for facilitating and running training and enablement sessions around personal development, professionalism, and navigating corporate life. We also run and facilitate social engagements both in person and remotely, from coffee catch ups and networking lunches/nights, to games and trivia sessions. As part of my involvement, I also work with a team of wonderful Emerging Talent members to produce an internal podcast that cover multiple topic areas, including my own personal stream focusing on men's mental health.

Part time fellowship focusing on helping SAP CX customers:- Managing and guiding customer expectations- Improve product adoption and utilisation- Create customer references based on their successful CX journey- Secure customer renewals- Proactively source up-sell / cross-sell applications

• Conduct product and company presentations and demonstrations, and in-depth needs analysis with prospects and channel partners with the goal of getting them to buy, sell or recommend Rocket• Utilise technical and business skills to convince prospects to purchase• Query prospects to qualify sales opportunities, in conjunction with the sales team, in order to accurately determine product fit, size and probability of success• Deliver support to prospect’s technical staff in high-level design and architecture of prospect solutions based on appropriate sizing and business objectives• Partner with inside, field and channel sales force to close enterprise sales to tier 1 & 2 organisations, Asia Pacific• Lead and co-ordinate technical evaluations, partner with prospects through proof of concept to implementation• Support the sales team with technical input to formal responses and proposals• Drive the continual improvement and evolution of standard demonstration and presentation materials
