Currently working for Worley as a Senior Group Director People Operations for the Americas Business Region. This region covers North and South America. This role is responsible for leadership of the regional people team in support of the Americas business. Responsibilities include supporting the growth of the business, successful project execution, the safety and welfare of our people and the training and development of our people. Focus areas include, Strategy Development and Implementation, Labor/Industrial Relations, Workforce Development, Mobility, Project Staffing, Workforce Management, Compensation and Benefits. Previously worked for JACOBS Energy, Chemicals and Resources, which was purchased by Worley. While employed with JACOBS I was then Vice President of HR for our Global Field Services Business and ECR America’s Business. These businesses focused on the delivery of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Maintenance and Turnarounds across the globe. Focus area included Staffing, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Workforce Development, Mobility, And Workforce Management.Prior to moving to Jacobs I worked for KBR for 16 years in many different roles, starting my career as a project assigned HR person on projects all over the United States, Canada and Brazil. In 2002 I moved into a Corporate role providing HR Leadership to our Construction Group. During the next 10 years I was in various HR Operational Roles, including Talent Management, Global Mobility, Labor and Employee Relations.
