• Supervise three production lines in an SQF facility. • Set expectations for hourly employees and champion SQF ideals on the floor. • Give performance reviews, discipline, and training to hourly employees. • Track and evaluate production performance metrics. This includes building spreadsheets, pulling/manipulating data, and distributing the finished product to the operations team. • Identify improvement opportunities and plan corrective actions. Including but not limited to: training opportunities, SOPs, plate reductions, and line fabrications.

• Improved quality by decreasing the amount of chipping flaws by 10 percent and reduced operating costs by optimizing pitch impregnation operations by 20 percent. • Trains operators on statistical process control of process variables and maintaining operation manuals. Oversaw achievement of 95 percent of customer value initiative goals for 2011 and drafted standard operating procedures to reflect best furnace operation. • Performed job safety analysis, environmental audits, and ISO advanced audits to assure ISO compliance and safety of the plant. • Selected to represent the Ozark plant on the global bake team beginning in 2012.
