Reassigned from my position as Director of Enterprise Networks and Cybersecurity to serve as the Principal Cyber Advisor to the Secretary of the Navy, while a search for a new PCA was conducted.

Director, Enterprise Networks and CybersecurityLed development of the Navy Strategy, Mission, and Vision for Information Ecosystem Modernization, and the Navy’s Blueprint to consolidate information systems and eliminate duplicative applications and services to improve efficiency and drive down costs.

Deputy Director, Enterprise Networks and Cybersecurity Simultaneously served as Navy CISO and Navy Data Officer. Successfully led the reorganization of the Division of 70 military, civilian, and contract support personnel to align to, and execute the missions of, the DoN Deputy CIO - Navy, including the roles of Deputy: CISO, CTO, CDO, and Chief Cybersecurity Workforce Officer.

Led the 7500+ Information Technology and Cybersecurity Workforce for the Navy's largest engineering and program management command, with over 80,000 personnel across 37 subordinate commands. Directed execution of the $70M Headquarters IT budget to modernize infrastructure and migrate applications to the cloud. Established Cybersecurity as a priority for the 37 subordinate commands, created the Cybersecurity Council to prioritize cybersecurity initiatives and funding, and built the Navy's first Cyber Planning and Response Command Center to coordinate cyber incident and response across the Naval Sea Systems Command.
