Responsible for EMI/EMC, Environmental compliance for all products from onset to conclusion. performs in-house testing of products for the above markets and coordinates testing at third party testing labs to gain certifications for UL, ETL, Military, FCC, CE Mark, etc. Other responsibilities include report and technical writing for all products throughout the compliance certification process. Maintaining all calibrated items to ensure they were current with their scheduled calibration. Facilities, overseeing all building related issues to have them fixed, replaced and maintained, to keep a functional working environment .

Programs included Commercial, Military, and Aerospace, with heavy focus on Military and Aerospace testing. Researched new testing and helped to improve the EMC laboratory's ability to continue to provide excellent service in an ever evolving market.

Oversaw technicians for all testing conducted in the EMI/EMC Department, testing wa conducted for Military, Aerospace, and Commercial applications. Tasks included technical data review, technical support, instruction, system level troubleshooting, writing SOP's, and general guidance for technicians. Performed scheduling for the EMI section, assigned testing time-frames based upon equipment specifications. Maintained the calibration, repair and demand maintenance of all equipment.

Worked as an EMI/EMC Test Technician for Military, Aerospace, Space, and Commercial product applications. Gained experience in testing products for Radiated/Conducted emissions, Radiated/Conducted Susceptibility, Indirect Lightning Effects, Acoustic Noise, and EMP tests. Troubleshot customer equipment in order to provide solutions to engineers while maintaining specifications set forth in applicable testing standards.

Operated and maintained mobile and fixed satellite communications systems. Responsibilities include setup, maintaining, and troubleshooting communications links. Trained and experienced in the maintenance, use and repair of high power amplifiers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, modulators, demodulators, frequency converters and low noise amplifiers.
