Manager It Recording Systems
Current- Manage a team of Recording System Support engineers which encompasses hiring, training, evaluating, scheduling on-call rotations, task assignment, and coordinating personnel HR related matters.
- Monitoring and assigning tickets from the Service Support Request queue
- Design, install, and document the configuration of the Nice Uptivity call recording systems to include active, passive and hybrid recording integrations
- Tier 3 support of all installed recording systems in the TPUSA environment
- Design, implement, configure, and support network tapping solutions using IXIA’s Network aggregators and NetOptics copper and optical taps
- Work with Network Engineers to create and configure Cisco network span ports when tapping is not applicable
