Current• Leads portfolio of multiple geographically separated technical teams providing professional enterprise IT and cybersecurity services specifically in the areas of systems engineering, information assurance and system hardening, web-based application development. Instituted standard systems engineering processes, operations & support processes, vulnerabilities management capabilities to support Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance. • Facilitated Program Protection Planning (PPP) working IPT to address various security issues related to weapons system being fielded by a Major Defense Acquisition Program. Included mitigating and managing risks related to software reliability, foreign collection, design vulnerability, technology and supply chain exploitation, and unauthorized or inadvertent disclosure through methods related to system security engineering, anti-tamper, and operations security. • Directed software engineering team in developing pilot Internet of Things (IoT) maintenance system for NAVSSES Philadelphia to provide real-time on-board sensor system status for assets that are afloat. • Managed study and analysis of tools and data sharing for Big Data modeling and simulation efforts (using data science tools and techniques) across the Department of Defense. • Served as contributor and individual performer in support of study and analysis of enterprise-wide identity management operations (biometrics) for DoD and inter-agency partners. Artifacts included DoD-AF products, analyses, and recommended “to-be” architectures that are now being implemented.
