I have extensive experience in managing large teams with direct reports and contractors across multiple simultaneous client engagements. I have acquisition experience in developing technical proposals for commercial and government opportunities, managing procurements and contract vehicle types to include full-and-open competitions and Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for both Time and Materials and Fixed Price efforts, as both a commercial competitor and as a government manager.
