Senior Solutions Architect
CurrentProvides technical sales support to sales and marketing teams across a cross-functional sales team in an effort to increase market share in a defined group of Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) customers. Regularly speaks with customers and provides trusted consultation around products, platforms, and services that will deliver solutions to enterprise-wide strategies and focus areas.• Assess clients’ business, clinical and technical needs and strategies as they pertain to our solution offerings and provide recommendations.• Helps position Ascom’s solutions across the portfolio and the continuum of services including consultation/workflow-analysis, installation, implementation, and education services, along with post-implementation maintenance and support.• Provides a link between product marketing and the sales organization to ensure that products and services are positioned to maximize customer value. Also regularly provides feedback to product development on current market trends and emerging technologies to ensure Ascom stays ahead of competition.• Assists with the transition from pre/post-sales to the Professional Services team to ensure successful project initiation and completion. Provides Subject Matter Expertise on the majority of the Ascom portfolio to assist the Sales and Professional Services organizations in the delivery of said solutions. • Serves as a lead in a regional cross-departmental team in the development and implementation of standards and processes to be used in the sales, implementation, and maintenance/service of the Ascom portfolio.
