In addition self developing traditional communities Potterhill Homes along with it's sister company has a successful build on your own lot program. Utilizing a unique partnership between the sales and construction departments 2009 was a banner year in spite of the severely depressed national housing market.

Held various positions throughout 6-year career with a wide range of responsibilities including sales and marketing management, land acquisition, due diligence, operations, development, risk and balance sheet management. In the Florida market hurricane resistant construction differentiated our homes from the competition while the Texas market excelled with an energy star green building design standard.

Developed a sales and marketing strategy to achieve the companies business plan for two of it's largest planned communities in Fort Myers. Our success was attributable to recruiting sales consultants that fit the community profile and had a strong sense of urgency. Ongoing training and support along with setting challenging but attainable goals kept the team engaged. In addition to corporate marketing support we self generated 30% of our own traffic to further increase our sales conversion rate. Emphasized with both the sales and construction teams the importance of maintaining clean and organized job sites. Created community site shine lists with the company's property manager ensuring consistent customer impressions of each community.
