Anchoring, Panelling and assisting with producing duties for Those Two Girls

Managing and producing daily local content for hit105's social media assets as well as managing the social media community of the radio station.I work directly on the Stav, Abby and Matt breakfast show team to ensure the best of their content is produced into video for online distribution, as well as ensuring timely content is uploaded during the show giving their audience access to more than just their on air content. Further to working with the breakfast show my role sees me work with the newsroom and other important projects within the content ecosystem, such as research, to help create and shape social media content that both achieves their goals while staying on brand to the radio station and increases engagement on the social platforms.

I took on this role at Ignite Youth at a time of major growth for the organisation, my role was to not only manage the major events, drawing over 5000 attendees each year, but also to help bring in a total rebrand and vision change for the organisation. My branding and marketing role saw me create strategy and manage a teenage-focused social media community, regular email campaigns and direct stakeholder contact. Further to this my role as a youth leader required my skills to manage large events from concept to execution, manage teams of inexperienced volunteers and create programming that appealed to our young and growing audience. I also was able to grow my skills as a communicator, often as the keynote speaker at events of over 1000 people across Australia.

Show preparation and presentation, remaining vigilant on social media to find local breaking content, understand the pulse of the city and post cross media content for our show, liasing with journalists, PR agencies and government agencies to provide relevant and timely content,

Show presentation and prep, liasing with promotions team on special events and OB's, regular visits to local high schools and daily afternoon street drop.
