I was personally responsible for all of the sales and marketing of the CLAE brand of footwear.With regard to marketing, I managed the companies many social media accounts and our broader marketing plans which are built into our business plan and are often subject to campaign provision from the brands themselves. If there was an event such as seasonal brand campaign or product launch event or retail partner brand or product celebration, i would be the one to execute, sometimes working with outside partners. I also managed a team of athletes and influencers who we support with product and financially in some cases.In my position I maintained and enjoyed a close working relationship with all brand principals and partners (both current and former), and would regularly attend both global and regional brand conferences and trade events as required.We structured the business with a strong team operationally.
