Responsible for Store Level Technology IT, including POS (Verifone and Gilbarco), Store Level PC's (PDI), Device Integrations, Corporate PCI-compliance, EMV and Network administration.

Contracted to IBM Global Technology Services in Toronto, ON. Sourced a dispenser independent EMV payment solution for the forecourt of Canada's petroleum retailers.

Responsible for introducing Wincor Nixdorf’s retail petroleum POS application (NAMOS) to the US market.Documented US-centric requirements to Hamburg, Germany based developers. Tested and verified all changes made for US operations.Authored marketing and support documentation. Made presentations to customers and partners.

Responsible for the implementation of PDI’s RMS application to all of Martin & Bayley Stores. Coastal Mart was the petroleum wholesale and retail division of Coastal Corp consisting of 1,400 branded outlets, including 300 corporate sites.Responsible for a proprietary card base including credit application, payment lock box, statements and collections, merchant settlements as well as managing network and settlement vendor relationships. Maintained POS payment applications on 7 integrated platforms and 2 dedicated payment platforms.Managed a merchant settlement of up to $1 Million daily, Instituted settlement management tools, Coordinated to closure of a proprietary card base and creation of a co-branded card with loyalty, Supervised the support of over 2,000 credit card devices, Created training curriculum for POS payment issues, Managed the divestment of over 300 corporate locations to third parties.

E-Z Serve Convenience Stores, Inc., Houston, TX was a petroleum retailer with over 785 locations throughout the Southeastern US.Responsible for the implementation, integration and support of all retail site technology.Managed rollout of PDI RMS to 785 retail locations including: Site survey and prep, Supervisory compensation, Training (Train the Trainer), On-site installation and training and Store to host reporting coordination (Completed roll out 4 weeks early and 12.5% below budget.)Implemented Store level Payroll/Money Order print system and created and managed corporate help desk.
