Developing new course content against funding opportunities to support advancement of ACL’s product portfolio and commercial sales opportunities.Creating eLearning materials using Articulate Storyline for use by funded and commercial learners.Improving current delivery models within the ACL department.Providing support to introduce new product development when new opportunities arise, funded or commercial in line with demand.

Providing support to learners (mainly of a mature age) on a variety of subjects, but specializing in IT. Support was provided in a variety of ways; in the learning centre, during learner progress reviews or via email and telephone for distance learners. As well as providing support to the learners I was also required to mark and review assignments, also to maintain the admin and database records for each learner.
