My primary responsibilities include managing a team of senior project managers and project administrators with primary oversight over medium and large implementations for new and existing clients. I am a SME for help with responding to RFP/RPIs. I work with our finance office to estimate effort and do budget forecasting for our project management group. I provide mentoring and guidance to project management staff to bring implementations to completion on-time and within budget. I am also involved in providing leadership mentoring to other leaders in the organization. I have close to 10 years of experience within the healthcare analytics organization. I have a strong foundation in Master Data Management principles, ETL and programming skills, growing and developing staff, strong business acumen, and process improvement skills. I have a foundational knowledge of emerging technologies such as Blockchain, Cloud computing modesl, and AI. I am a process SME and are often brought in to consult on project management and technical approaches on new opportunities.

Managed a team of data managers responsible for developing and executing Custom Solutions for IBM Watson Health. Our work included Healthcare Exchange services under the ACA, HEDIS Reporting, and ICD-10 compliance. During my tenure as manager, I implemented a rigorous process improvement regimen utilizing lean and agile principles. As a result of that regimen, we saw a 90% reduction in time to delivery for our ACA solutions, and a 50% reduction in time to delivery for our HEDIS solution.

My responsibilities include acting as a senior technical resource to lower tenure staff and ensuring that best practices are being followed. I am an subject matter expert on many of the data types loaded to our data warehouse and am often called in to consult on client requests. I work on process improvement committees to ensure that our processes are efficient and free from waste.
