I worked with Cegos clients in Asia Pacific and Europe by delivering in-company soft skills training and designing digital learning assets, from e-learning to virtual classrooms. In my first year in this role I delivered training for Airbus, Sony, VMWare, and DB Schenker and designed digital learning for Hitachi, Essilor, and Jaguar Land Rover.

Singapore

I was the Cegos lead in Asia Pacific for digital consulting, developing technology-enabled learning solutions, driving innovation and research. I produced a digital sales tool kit and sales strategy for APAC, pitched our digital offer to organisations across the region, co-authored a white paper on Blended Learning, and was a key note speaker at the Cegos Learning Future event in Singapore.

Singapore

I was responsible for training a sales team of 50 people in 10 APAC countries in order to re-position Singapore Post as a regional e-Commerce solutions player. Over 18 months I designed and delivered a training road-map which included an onboarding toolkit for new sales hires, a coaching framework and tools for sales managers and a sales curriculum tailored to the e-Commerce sector. I partnered with the CEB to produce a customised sales recruitment test and to implement the Challenger Sale model into the sales curriculum.

Singapore

I was responsible for planning and delivering revenue and impact targets for training in the public and private sectors, directing and representing the British Council's flagship corporate training provider. I exceeded the centre's revenue target for private sector training in 2012 by 31% - a record high for the business.

India

I won and delivered consultancy projects for clients including Barclays, Infosys and HCL that increased customer satisfaction metrics and built internal training capacity. I was promoted to Head of Corporate Training and lead the business from loss to profitability by diversifying the product range, re-structuring the team and opening a second centre in Delhi that was a fully sustainable business within 6 months.
