In this role, I am responsible for deliberate and crisis action planning for exectution of planning efforts delivering all-domain integrated cyber effects in support of Global Combatant Commanders' objectives. To this end, I oversee the 24th Air Force orders (Operations Orders, Tasking Orders, Fragmentation Orders, etc.) production process and the operational readiness reporting for 2 cyber wings, 39 cyber mission/protect teams, and more than 1,700 personnel. Additiomally, I oversee the program management and exercise operational oversight of the Air Force's Cyberspace Security Provider (CSSP) and Command Cyber Readiness Inspection (CCRI) efforts securing and operating the $14.2B Air Force enterprise supporting more than 1 million global users.

In addition, I guided policy and implementation for the command's Spectrum Management and $130 million Enterprise Information Systems environment to enhance the command's 10 bases providing world class, reliable communications support to over 109,000 personnel. The expert team I led provided executive communications support to the AETC Commander, Vice Commander, and Director of Staff. Some of the key information technology systems I was responsible for included the Graduate Training Intermediate Management System (GTIMS), Technical Training Management System (TTMS), Promotion Testing System (PTS), and Advanced Distributed Learning System (ADLS) applications serving 780,000 global users in more than 8,000 Department of Defense and federal government organizations. -
