In the decades since, I’ve learned invaluable lessons and forged important relationships through my business endeavors. I’ve also had the pleasure of holding various roles in Entrepreneurs’ Organization, a purpose-built community of 18,000+ business founders and owners.From serving as a Learning Committee Chair to overseeing the organization’s Global Student Entrepreneurship Awards program, I’ve been fortunate to contribute to EO in many ways throughout the years. TodayStatlinx has achieved a retention rate 10x the industry average. I’m proud of the work we’ve done to solidify a strong culture rooted in shared core values among team members that are now spread across 30+ states.Statlinx has also attained a near 100% retention rate with our valued clients, and we’ve expanded our operations and offerings with many of them. In 2023, Statlinx was named an Inc. 5000 honoree.I’m an active EO member and regularly lead classes on entrepreneurship through the organization’s Accelerator program. I also serve on the Board of Guardian Revival, a charity that helps revive and preserve the mental well-being of veterans and first responders.
