• Oversees general management, company management, theater management and the house staff• Negotiates Broadway transfers, co-productions, enhancement deals, author agreements, and many other types of contracts that range from theater rentals and cast albums to food and drink and merchandise vendors• Negotiates collective bargained and individual agreements with AEA, SDC, and AFM Local 802 and maintains the theater’s relationship with the unions• Consults on many aspects of the theater’s $40 million, multi-year renovation project• Oversees budgeting for all productions, workshops and readings• Serves on board committees• Establishes obtainable goals and timelines with executive leadership, marketing, I.T., box office, press, finance, development and production departments to ensure that the building functions smoothly, maintains a positive cash flow, and offers a nurturing environment for artists and staff members• Resolves agenda conflicts between the Theater’s management, the City of New York, and outside vendors (including two restaurants and three cafés)

• Managed productions in 6 theaters on Lafayette Street, the Delacorte Theater in Central Park and City Center• Negotiated all actor contracts, director contracts and many designer contracts• Processed all payroll, royalty payments, union payments and recorded expenses • Tracked and verified all nightly box office income and deductions• Worked closely with notable celebrity talent as well as non-union younger actors• Maneuvered through bureaucratic obstacles to obtain visas for international artists worldwide

• Grossed over $3.2 million for the company as one of three agents for worldwide tours of theater productions• Negotiated contracts with trucking companies, bus companies, airlines, hotels and music licensing companies• Created tour travel itineraries, budgets and accounting • Represented 42 U.S. states, Canada, Asia and New Zealand• Responsible for over 200 employees' payroll, per diem and reporting for both union and non-union tours• Attended League of American Theaters and Producers, APAP, WAA, SAE, Midwest Arts, NEPAC and NAMT conferences• Assisted in the creation and utilization of marketing materials and facilitated comp ticket requests
