I hold a Secret-T3 clearance and I have held positions as a Senior Manager and Supervisor, Senior Operations & Training Director, Standards/Safety Compliance Officer, and Senior Instructor at various levels. I have served extensively throughout the US Army Medical Department and Special Operations Command in various capacities in high stress complex environments. I possess a comprehensive background leadership, education curriculum development, safety program compliance, health care management and administration, and systems-based organizational leadership. My experiences are reinforced by a Master of Science Degree in Management ~ Suma Cum Laude (focus on Strategic Leadership), a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts (focus in Psychology and Management) from Excelsior College, an Associates of Science in General Studies (focus in Psychology)from Troy University and various Department of Defense sponsored courses.
