I implement and update software, and provide remote support for the Uluro software products using a wide array of VPN and Remote Access/Administration software. I build update and release packages for implementation at client sites, and am the primary contact for new software implementation. I use many skills for my position, such as remote administration, Microsoft SQL server (usually MS SQL Server 2008 R2 or MS SQL Server 2012, more recent versions are also common) administration and database management, network and permissions troubleshooting, Web administration and website construction in an IIS 7 or IIS 8 environment, and various advanced troubleshooting skills. I am also a Trainer for usage of some of our software.
