Worked with over 40 high school students with disabilities across New Jersey to develop workplace and post-secondary readiness.Developed curriculum in accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) including the keystone components of Self-Advocacy and Mentoring, Job Exploration Counseling, Workplace Readiness Training, and Post Secondary Counseling.Nurtured relationships with New Jersey's Department of Vocational Rehabilitation as well as numerous public schools throughout the state.

Managed relationships with over 2000 donors, foundations, advisory board members, and corporate partnersCommunicated with the public through the management of social platforms and email newsletters and represented Best Buddies at events across New Jersey.Developed fundraising campaigns, identified and applied for grants, and solicited corporate sponsorships for Best Buddies programs, helping raise over $250,000 during 2022 FY.Managed the Citizens Program - the one-to-one adult friendship program for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, with over 100 participants.Collaboratively planned and marketed annual and inaugural fundraising events.

Trained and supervised first-year event schedulers.Assisted senior staff in the planning and execution ofon-campus and virtual events.Developed and conducted a training for over 50 student staff and organization leaders to teach them how to utilize Stockton’s Event Services Office.
