Work with design and art teams to ensure we give customer a quality product that is an accurate physical representation of the art they provided and mockups they were given.Problem solving issues that arise between art and production ensuring the customer gets the best quality product. Meticulous attention to detail is required in matching art with final product.Keep up with inventory of supplies used and supplies needed so that all machines are always stocked for any project.Troubleshoot technical and mechanical issues with automatic embroidery machines and industrial sewing machines to maintain ideal performance. Perform regular maintenance on all machines such as oiling and cleaning so all machines run smoothly.Train new hires by providing guidance on how to operate all machines and the programming involved in making sure correct design placement and materials are being used.Coordinate with production an account managers to ensure timely completion of orders based on criteria set out by the customer.Have daily meetings with other leads of the company to plan out best workflow scenarios for the week and brainstorm how to solve challenges facing production and the company as a whole.
