Participates in review of technical specifications and documentation forprojects in support of MH-60R/S production program. Provides an analysis of deliverables from theprime contractor to the Government for further action, and comments on whether submissionsrepresent the application of best engineering practices and accurately define aircraft systems.Recommends aircraft corrective actions, e.g., Specification Change Notices or ECPs. Analyzes andmonitor GFE and Configuration Management (CM) requirements. Provides analyses of configuration,deliveries, and deficiencies.

Provide pre-case planning, technical, foreign disclosure, technology transferpolicies, training, case management, International Cooperative Development Programs (ICDPs) andcase closure support to include but not limited to: The collection and coordination of data, analysis of technical requirements, documentation preparation, budget support and program execution for MH-60R and MH-60S programs. Additionally, performs management support to include analysis, tracking and responding to requests from foreign governments along with the review of information to ascertain releasability.
