Architected critical logistics systems and scaled them to support 11 fulfillment warehouses, 15 consolidation facilities, and hundreds of home delivery locations. Collaborated with partners in product and operations to build the supply chain that fulfills over $5 billion in customer orders annually.• Drove development of CastleGate, the proprietary fulfillment platform that enables thousands of suppliers to manage their inventory with Wayfair. Scaled the system from processing $100 million to over $3 billion in annual orders in only 24 months. Growth along multiple dimensions including customer acquisition, new supplier onboarding, and additional fulfillment locations resulted in 50% yearly growth in transaction volume with spikes during cyber week over 200%.• Launched the network of 15 consolidation facilities across the country to pool freight and most efficiently deliver large parcel orders from supplier to customer. Managed a cross-functional team from the warehouse, transportation network, and industrial engineering to reduce supply chain costs by $150 million per year as new warehouses were brought online using a rapid integration strategy with automation partners.
