Since 1996 I have been working for telecommunications and optical equipment vendors, finding solutions to technical problems and communicating those solutions to internal and external customers. This focus has been expressed in a variety of roles, PV management, project management, software development and customer service.I am able to effectively lead teams in small and medium size software and test projects. I am able to architect and implement test automation frameworks. I am able to use feature and protocol specification documents to generate thorough test plans that integrate manual and automated testing. I am able to prime a root cause technical investigation of a problem, and drive quality improvements back into design. I am also able to effectively communicate technical information about a product to end users and colleagues. This communication often requires understanding of both technical and business considerations, and I greatly enjoy working in this context.
