As such, trust and reliability is paramount, and my team acts the foremost experts on implementation of requirements and communication of limitations at both a technical and instructive level.Given the nature of our services and Personal Identifying Information that is routed through Trulioo, this role expects a high degree of attention to technical detail and accountability.📈 Data Analytics and OptimizationThe product team must also assist the Sales and Account Management teams with both their own efforts and product communication. Where we facilitate their needs through the Trulioo administrative backend and provide Data Driven insights through tools like Grafana, Tableau and Redshift Database Queries. A comprehensive understanding of HTTP and API interactions is also required to effectively implement the custom orchestration and verification needs of the many leading global entities who leverage our platform.📢 Communication and Incident ManagementProduct Team is an integral part of Incident Management.
