These sites currently serve more than 7000 users.  -Developed measures of performance and measures of effectiveness using Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) principles to properly identify sites that are operating over or under design capacity available and to allocate resources and redistribute mission as necessary. -To meet emerging strategic needs, designed and managed a complete upgrade of all network related equipment and infrastructure at all sites that increased connectivity to the user’s desk from 45 Mb/S to 1 Gb/S. This included everything from upgrading site connection to GigE, re-cabling all sites with fiber optics and the purchase and installation of all WAN and LAN equipment (cryptographic equipment, routers, switches and workstations).
