The Visa Developer Platform is the foundation on which the future of Visa is being built. Started in 2016 with a handful of products and clients, VDP has exploded in growth currently closing in on 2 billion API calls each month and 1000 clients. VDP is the face of Visa’s digital strategy and is comprised of a developer portal, API gateway, and service components used to enhance product and client experiences. What we work on here at Visa Developer changes the way the world does commerce.Thousands of client and partners visit these destinations, including major bluechip partners such as Wells Fargo, Netflix, and Google as well as new up and coming FinTech innovators such as Revolut, Square and Chime.Specifically, my responsibilities include:• Owning the admin user experience for all Visa tools that power client API usage• Overseeing and authoring business requirements to fully automate the client onboarding to Visa APIs reducing onboarding time to Production from months to days• Automating and streamlining manual or inefficient processes to improve speed-to-implementation rates for clients (largely using MS Power Automate and Power Apps). The combined automations have freed up over 200 hours annually for greater productivity. • Owning and overseeing all feature requests and enhancements for all internal facing tools related to Visa API implementations• Owning all dashboarding in both Tableau and PowerBI related to Visa API implementations globally• Managing complex workstreams involving design, engineering, and product owners for continuous improvement of the client implementation experience• Overseeing the client onboarding process for all client Visa API implementations globally (over 400 clients onboarded annually), especially in Latin America and our Asia Pacific region

As a product analyst on the Global Product Go-To-Market and Transformation team at Visa, I: • Worked across all product teams within Global Product to standardize product roadmapping, product development processes, and product sunset processes to cascade into automated reporting and insights for Global Product leadership• Created and published a "Global Product Launch Calendar" and a "Global Product Sunset Calendar" that compiled all of Global Product roadmap releases and planned sunsets into one simplified Tableau view for leadership• Enforced all development gates around new product development including: Product Business Reviews, Pre-Deployment Reviews, and New Business Initiative Assessment (NBIA) meetings

Cliff Consulting is a boutique strategy consulting firm (and women and LGBT owned) that specializes in transforming the way clients operate to achieve a goal we also help them find. At my time at Cliff, my contributions included the below: • Worked with two separate organizations within a Fortune 50 technology company on an Agile transformation methodology for their orgs as well as developing a vision, mission, strategic plan, target operating model, and communications strategy to revolutionize the way they work• Created a comprehensive "playbook" for M&A strategy for a major national charitable organization as they looked to unify their regional partners under one umbrella and standardize care for their beneficiaries (This ~100 page document was written to be both approachable and graphical while also providing the necessary information for c-level executives to execute on)• Organized and co-facilitated multiple leadership off-sites with actionable plans and deliverables that revolutionized the way the teams approached their remit with a renewed sense of direction, goals, and enthusiasm

In my nearly 3 years working at KPMG, my responsibilities varied greatly including: • Agile transformation strategy plan for a major insurance corporation that included a full overhaul of many waterfall and manual processes, moving to digital solutions with a "fail quick" ideology. As part of this we also included Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to improve their previously-manual processes and speed to solution• Mobile device risk strategy transformation for a major US Federal Government agency to assess the security risks and any other risks associated with a change in policy to allow new mobile devices for employees• In between major strategy projects, my work consisted of SOC2 security risk attestations of major technology corporations throughout the Bay AreaThe Emerging Technology Risk Services (ETRS) practice focuses on high-risk enterprise areas that include intelligent automation, cloud advisory, Agile IT, blockchain, and mobile device security.

• Directed a multilingual team of 10 in Ecuador to develop a functional wood-burning stove model and go-to-market strategy as well as a bilingual construction manual• Created a financially sustainable small-scale business model for rural women to build and sell these stoves for income, with the additional goal of helping to mitigate the health hazards of indoor cooking-related smoke inhalation• Developed financial plans for community stoves that became the basis for financial literacy workshops currently provided by SolCom not only in Ecuador but also in all other SolCom country sites (Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic)
