Started from scratch a food and beverage operation after the club had used outside catering for the duration of its existence. Took over as GM in January of 2014 of Waterford location 'The Sunset Rib Co.' was made partner in the year 2018. Seasonal, high volume, establishment with two levels, a restaurant and bar/nightclub.Rebranded the establishment and brought sales 20% up while cutting costs. Created an aggressive and multi-phased social media marketing concept, themed parties, and two music festivals. I booked entertainment 7 days a week (DJs, bands, acoustic acts, comics, paint and other activity nights).Responsible for all operations and day to day activities. Assisted in opening two other locations.
