Focusing on software engineering hiring for Google Nest, managing 2 recruiters with dotted line recruiters supporting the efforts as well. Oversaw triple digit hiring for highly complex 1,000 person org. Worked closely with HRBP on core HR projects including org health review, succession planning, leveling balance, regional site strategy, retention efforts, etc.

Coming back to the corporate world following my time in education, I had an open invitation to return back to Robert Half in the metro office of San Jose. In a time and market where talent is king, a huge focus of this role was recruiting the top local accounting and finance professionals. Fulfilled a lifelong passion of making a difference in my community, I stepped into the world of education. I taught 5th and 2nd grade in an economically effected school with 100% of the student population living under the poverty line. Over 90% of the population was comprised of English language learners.
