• Manage and mentor team of 8 to 10 Mortgage Loan Officer Coordinators (LOC) responsible for facilitating the mortgage process, including submission of files and clearing conditions, and verification of financial information and documentation to satisfy underwriting conditions for Credible’s lending partners• Confer with senior management team to set team production guidelines and goals, conduct quality control audits, and review team performance• Collaborate with peer management and training team to develop and implement mortgage processing policies and procedures, and training curriculum• Facilitate application file pipeline management process, ensuring efficient LOC file distribution and supporting file processing overflow when necessary• Review loan applications and coach LOCs on accurate file structuring and workflows• Resolve or remedy client escalations quickly and professionally while adhering to all state and federal regulations, as well as mortgage lending and underwriting guidelines• Research, review, and conduct risk assessments on particularly complex application files for both wage and self-employed borrowers• Communicate factors that impact the risk and overall loan application to Mortgage Advisors (Loan Officers) and mortgage operations teams

• Manage a team of Credit Analysts.• Liaison with Product and Robotic Process Automation teams to identify issues and develop solutions.• Create & edit standard operating procedures to record current procedures.• Conduct special projects (e.g. assess credit worthiness of specific industries, assess quality of accounts approved, assess automated processes and products, etc.).• Analyze applications for completeness, adequacy of information, financial strength.• Approve credit requests up to $500,000.• Correspond (verbal and written) with applicants, client representatives and account holders on reasons for declines, additional information, and items concerning requests.• Review applications and accounts for indications of fraud. Verifications are conducted via research, phone calls to applicant/account holder and references/contacts of applicant/account holder.• Obtain appropriate collateral and/or other documentation to secure accounts (e.g. Cash Deposits, UCC and other liens, letters of credit, guarantees, etc).• Interview potential Credit Analysts and provide salary recommendations.• Conduct annual account reviews to ensure continued credit worthiness for existing credit lines.• Prepare and investigate Service Level Agreements reports.• Review, assess impact, and take corrective action on informational alerts received from various reporting agencies.
