Sean is Co-Head of Retail ISO at Fiserv, an international leader in payments and fintech. Prior to his executive role at Fiserv, Sean was one of two principal owners and Chief Operating Officer of MerchantPro Express (MPX), a national independent sales organization with over 150 active independent sales agents, over $8B in annual processed volume, and over 9,500 merchants. MPX specialized in large merchant accounts, high-level referral agents, and customized payment solutions. Sean was with MPX from its earliest days, and helped grow it organically, negotiate debt financing to buy out original investors, and help propel MPX into the Top 5 retail ISOs at Fiserv.During the acquisition process, Sean worked closely with MPX's investment bank, Leonis Partners to negotiate the terms of the acquisition, see the process through to closing, and facilitating the transition of MPX's employees and sales agents into Fiserv. Sean is also a nationally-recognized author, speaker and training professional in sales and management development and customer and fan experience. He co-authored best-selling business book Bare Knuckle People Management (BenBella Books, May 2011).
