I founded Omada Health against a dream that "between visit" care could earn a seat at the table through evidence-based foundations, exceptional clinical outcomes, and compelling cost savings. We help people with prediabetes/obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and musculoskeletal disease, and though we recently crossed 1 million members, we know we need to get to the 10s of millions for real impact. As CEO, I’ve helped guide our company through a set of firsts – first digital-specific CPT code issued by AMA; first example of a value-based payment model administered through fee-for-service claims infrastructure; first virtual provider to earn NCQA and URAC accreditation in our care areas; amongst others. We’re also proud of our commitment to peer-reviewed research that validates our outcomes, with 25 published papers and counting. We’ve been hailed a potential “medical triumph” by The New York Times, and have been listed as one of Fast Company’s 50 most innovative companies in the world. In my free time, I’m an entrepreneur and builder at heart. I find joy in building almost anything. Recently, I’ve been spending more and more time learning how to build and fly first-person view drones.
