Led the newly formed Private Equity GTM team (prior to the Vista/Elliott Capital transaction/reorganization) developing relationships with top tier PE firms to originate new business and influence/accelerate existing sales cycles. Developed the strategy, operational model, GTM motions, reporting, and sales engagement functions to scale our business development work with PE firms and the 100K sponsor-backed Citrix customers and prospects globally.

Built and led the Private Equity Sales team globally for the company. Responsible for $250M in revenue generation and enablement from our top 50 Private Equity firm partners including Blackstone, Carlyle, KKR and TPG. Manage, recruit and develop a cross functional team of 35 employees. Built and led the SAP Value Academy which contributed $500M in pipeline over 3 years. Previously drove nearly $75M in revenue as a sales team member focused on value engineering and business case development with CXO sponsors from customers including US Sugars, Nissan, and Under Armour. Member of our top-talent fellows and diversity and inclusion steering committees.

Built and led the Product Support function which partnered with our Technology Councils revenue generation teams to drive $30M+ in annual revenue growth. Increased membership retention rates to 90%+ through the development of new more innovative executive engagement models and team facilitation approaches.
