Team Lead (2016 - 2018)-Train new hires as well as continual training of current techs on new processes, features, and services.-Daily and weekly meetings with leads and management from other groups and offices to coordinate efforts.-Coordinate technical conference calls between internal and customer teams.-Creation and maintenance of documentation for both internal and customer use.Level 2 Support Tasks (2014 - Current)-Take ownership of issues escalated by level 1 technicians.-Coordinate and troubleshoot with national and global carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, Telefonica, etc. to resolve customer and network issues.-In-depth hardware troubleshooting including interfacing with modems using standard & proprietary AT commands.-In-depth network troubleshooting of signal, registration, SMS/Data/Voice issues, and network outages.-Interpretation of modem firmware and network activity logs to identify and isolate issues.-Configure and analyze IP traces for customer devices/servers for network troubleshooting.-Troubleshoot customer API issues.-Travel on-site to assist customer with troubleshooting and debugging.Level 1 Support Tasks (2012 - 2014)-Monitor network infrastructure including on-site data center as well as various connections to other data centers (mobile network operators) and customer VPN hosts..-Identify, analyze, and report internal network failures.-Proactively identify and resolve or escalate customer network incidents.-Monitor customer & internal test devices for normal network behavior (+100,000 devices).-Create & send outage notifications to affected customers.-Ticket creation & resolution/escalation using: Salesforce, Dynamics, Jira, BugTracker, & Remedy.-Run daily and weekly backups.-SIM/CDMA/Satellite provisioning and basic troubleshooting.-Modem configuration and basic troubleshooting.-Automate common tasks to reduce potential points of failure in processes and improve efficiency.
