Served in a dual role of Business Development Director and Market Research Consultant, providing federal government agencies and high tech R&D firms with market analysis on opportunities for technology transfer. Identified niche markets and designed targeted entry strategies for emerging technologies through strategic partnerships with licensees, developers and manufacturers in the value chain.
